Full Payment Submissions are due to HMRC on or before every payday — no grace period. Late filing penalties run £100–£400 per month depending on headcount. PAYE payments are due by the 22nd of the following month (electronic). Auto-enrolment duties start the day your first employee starts, and The Pensions Regulator fines for missed declarations.
